The staff was kind and polite. I felt that communication through email was efficient and effective.

Unfortunately, the check-in and check-out days were cleaning days, so there was no cleaning during my stay. I would like the towels to be changed every day.

Friendly staff, large rooms

We had two different rooms, and in one the bed was on the top and side of the wall, in the other room it was on the side and bottom plus a high headboard facing the room. This meant that only one person could get out of bed normally; the other person had to crawl out from the bottom or over their partner. Maybe the furniture was arranged according to Feng Shui.

The location was great. You could reach a lot on foot and the bus and MRT were also close. The supermarket in the complex was great... Very short distances...

Unfortunately, deliveries were made to the supermarket early in the morning, which was a bit noisy as our apartment faced the inner courtyard (parking lot). But you got used to it and there would be no reason not to book at Alma House again.

We really enjoyed staying at Alma House. Room was rather small and simple, but for the price it is very reasonable. Location is perfect! New Bahru is very cosy and cheerful place with children playground, good grocery store and some small unique shops in the same building as Alma House. (don't miss the book store on the 3rd floor) It is easy to walk around and many sight seeings are pretty near to the stay. Staff is nice and friendly, ready to help with any trouble.

Small fridge in the room would make the stay superb.
